Jessica Cooper
The birth of your child is a transformative experience deserving of unconditionally positive support. Creating space to welcome your little one, remaining connected to your partner, and adapting expectations to accommodate shifting family roles requires an effort, more easily attainable through holistic therapeutic support services. My goals are to help you increase awareness and positive associations of your body, the individual needs of your family members, and the dramatic changes you experience throughout your transition into parenthood. This is achieved through therapeutic consultations, massage and bodywork, birth education and attendance, postpartum visits, and infant-parent relational skill building. Please contact me with questions and for an initial consultation free of charge.
