My mission is to extend love and care to you and your developing seed, so that you may fully experience this divine moment in your lives. Every woman deserves a Doula as a voice to guide them gracefully through birth.
I will meet with you at least twice before your expected due date. I will be present through out your labor and we will have one postpartum meeting. I will extend my phone number to you for any needs for one week following the birth.
I will guide you through your birth with position changes, guided meditations, breathing techniques and gentle touch. You will also receive a care package of breast salve, perineum message oil, diaper salve, sitz baths, and a calming spray.
All of the Herbal Formulas I prepare are organic, packaged with love, and usually come straight from my garden. I feel honored to use the tools from the earth to strengthen and empower your birth.
I am a happy mother, a community herbalist and an environmental activist.
I received my education through Clayton College of Natural Health, were I earned my Family Herbalist Certification. I received my ALACE Doula certification in May of 2005. Thank you for considering Roots of Love Doula Services.
